對原材料的標記,從一開始便應十分注意。標定的內容包括材料牌號、爐批號、收發貨日期和供應廠的代號等。這樣做有助于區別材質的變異是由于制造過程本身的因素引起;還是由于非制造過程的因素引起。原材料有了標記,也能為評價供應廠的產品質量提供可靠的依據。
Attention should be paid to the marking of raw materials from the beginning. The contents of the calibration include material grade, batch number, delivery date and code of the supply plant. This helps to distinguish between material variations due to factors in the manufacturing process, or from non manufacturing processes. The raw material has the mark, but also can provide the reliable basis for evaluating the product quality of the supply factory.
重要鍛件的標記包括零件號、爐批號、鍛造日期和承制廠記號等,應將其在生產中逐件檢查記錄下來,以便在使用過程中一旦發生問題,可以用來幫助查找原因和確定責任者。標記在鍛件上打印的部位,應是鍛件容易發現的地方。如果鍛件上的印記在機械加工時會被切削掉,那末在車間的生產過程中,在這個鍛件裝配完畢或用打印模等其它方法重新作出標記前,應掛上金屬標簽,以免混亂。

鍛件質量控制是對生產中的可變參數和鍛件的幾何尺寸、表面質量和力學性能進行定期的測定和檢驗。并將測得的結果與標準和技術條件要求進行比較,以便決定是否有必要去改變鍛件生產過程中的某些因素,實現對鍛件質量的控制,保證鍛件最終質量的波動不超出訂貨單位技術條件的要求。
The quality control of forgings is a regular measurement and verification of the variable parameters and the geometric dimensions, surface quality and mechanical properties of the forgings. And the measured results and standards and technical requirements are compared, in order to decide whether it is necessary to change some of the factors in the process of forging production, to achieve control of the forging quality, ensure the final quality of forgings fluctuation does not exceed the technical conditions of the units ordering requirements.
