鍛件加工擴(kuò)孔的基本方法有哪些?擴(kuò)孔的辦法大致有沖子擴(kuò)孔、芯棒擴(kuò)孔和劈縫擴(kuò)孔三種。

　　1、沖子擴(kuò)孔：這種辦法是在坯料上用小沖子先沖一孔，再用較大的沖子過(guò)一下，可將孔擴(kuò)展一些，逐漸將孔擴(kuò)到請(qǐng)求的尺度，多用于孔徑在300mm以內(nèi)的擴(kuò)孔。

　　2、芯棒(馬杠)擴(kuò)孔：首要用于環(huán)形件鑄造。是將芯棒穿入已沖過(guò)孔的坯料，并支撐在馬架上，在鑄造中邊錘擊邊滾動(dòng)邊送進(jìn)坯料，使坯料沿圓周在芯棒和上砧間反復(fù)遭到鍛訂被延伸，直到內(nèi)徑到達(dá)請(qǐng)求尺度停止。

　　2, mandrel (horse bar) reaming: mainly used for ring casting. 　　3、劈縫擴(kuò)孔：在坯料上先沖出兩個(gè)小子孔后，把兩孔間的金屬剁開(kāi)，用沖子脹開(kāi)切斷再擴(kuò)孔，鍛件加工以到達(dá)鍛件請(qǐng)求的尺度。這種辦法用于鑄造大孔徑薄壁鍛件或鑄造外形是不規(guī)則的帶孔薄壁鍛件。
